Violations of these rules will be handled in the following manner:

1st offense: A PM warning and a request that they stop.

2nd offense: A PM warning and temporary blockage from Chat. Depending on the severity of the 2nd offense, an E-Mail can be sent with how long this temporary block will be in place.

3rd offense: Permanent removal from the Chat system and an E-Mail explaining the reasons why they have been removed.
